Maria Rosário Bronze is the Coordinator of the Food & Health Division, responsible for the Food Functionality and Bioactives Laboratory at iBET, Researcher at ITQB NOVA and Associate Professor at Pharmacy Faculty of Lisbon University.
Maria Rosário Bronze graduated in Pharmacy at Pharmacy Faculty from Lisbon University, and holds a PhD in Pharmacy from Lisbon University.
Coordinator of Food & Health Division at iBET since 2017. Major research area involves Analytical Chemistry applied mainly to study bioactive molecules in food, drinks and by products of food industries. Current interests include the evaluation of bioacessibility, bioavailability and health promoting effects of bioactives.
